Dear Dr Lupo, I had an appointment this morning with your new associate—Dr. Holcomb. I want to tell you that she is the most charming, patient, and kind person, as well as a gifted surgeon. She instilled great confidence in me. Her biopsy was painless. I am glad you hired such a wonderful person. She has the perfect bedside manner. My reason for not waiting until October to see you was my fear that I had a kind of skin cancer and time was of the essence.\r
All of your staff are kind and friendly, too. I like Amanda and Barbara, as well as the receptionist with a long beautiful braid. Stacy was also friendly and nice. I need to go back to Stacy for more laser. You have a marvelous staff!\r
