Dr Lupo, I am a new patient of Dr. Holcomb in New Orleans. I have suffered with atopic dermatitis (eczema) my whole life. Dr. Holcomb gave me a thorough exam and took her time explaining what my condition is and how to treat it. I was very pleased with my visit and felt as though she really cared about helping me keep my condition under control. more

Dear Dr Lupo, I had an appointment this morning with your new associate—Dr. Holcomb. I want to tell you that she is the most charming, patient, and kind person, as well as a gifted surgeon. She instilled great confidence in me. Her biopsy was painless. I am glad you hired such a wonderful person. She has the perfect bedside manner. My reason for not waiting until October to see you was my fear that I had a kind of skin cancer and time was of the essence.\r All of your staff are kind and friendly, too. My experience with Dr. Mary Lupo 1/25/2011

I found Dr. Mary Lupo to be extremely knowledgeable. Out of the three dermatologists I have seen over the past two years, Dr. Lupo is the ONLY one to accurately diagnose and ultimately fix the skin issues I was experiencing. I have recently gone back to see Dr. Lupo to slow down the aging process. I LOVE the results! I was really concerned about looking overdone and she very quickly and directly explained, her main goal is to make sure her patients look fresh and natural! She absolutely did that for me and I could not be any happier with the results!!!!!!!!! AWESOME more

Best results with caring service! 12/6/2010

Dr. Lupo is the only dermatologist I would ever let treat me, whether cosmetically or clinically. I have been to a myriad of other physicians in the past and have not had such great results with such caring service. She worked with me to address my concerns, which were facial wrinkles and lines. She injected me with Botox. It was painless and quick, but very thorough. Her staff was delightful and welcomed me with a smile. I have sent my mother to her and any friend who has asked for a recommendation. I value Dr. Lupo's opinion and know that she will always be my first choice. more

best advice I ever received 9/13/2010

I was so pleased with Dr Lupo and her staff. Although I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment, it was worth it. I have never received such great care before trying Dr Lupo. She is very direct and to the point. I also had tried Botox before with another doctor but the results with her were a quantum leap better. I cannot wait to send my friends. I understand she is about to do another FDA study. This verified she deserves my confidence to be my doctor for life! more

Great skin advice! 9/13/2010

Dr Lupo did such a thorough job examining my skin. She could tell I was a smoker and that I had acne in the past. She spent time explaining what I need to do to make my skin look better and outlined a skin care program for me that I can live with (not too complicated or expensive). She even checked my moles for skin cancer. Very nice and caring. more

Nightmare 11/1/2009

Absolute worst service I have ever received from a doctor in my life. I would rather stick my entire face in a bucket of acid than go back to Dr. Lupo. She never introduced herself nor said hello. I couldn't get a word in edge wise. She was too busy rambling on about how I was in critical need of various injection and laser treatments. She shoved brochures in my hands and walked out mid-sentence. Didn't even utter goodbye. Mind you, I went to see Dr. Lupo about a very minor breakout and a mole on my chest - NOT any anti-aging concerns. I'm in my 20's and maybe have 2 wrinkles. What a waste of time. She's a nightmare. Pros: The doorknob to leave her office works more
