Recommend - I have not had the opportunity to use them as I have not had problems with our home. But in selling our home, we had an agent ask as they saw what they thought was a foundation crack when in fact it was put their by the builder (expansion joint). Perma Pier came out and did a full measurement, inspection by a senior geologist. From setting the appointment, to him coming out (on time), to the fast and courteous service. I would certainly give them a try. We are purchasing to downsize and going to have them go to our new purchase to inspect this home as well. If we find anything, I know I plan to use Perma Pier!
