If there was a ZERO star option I would give it. \r
If you have a pet that you love, go somewhere else.\r
\r
The staff is incompetent and careless with sanitation and the Veterinarians are beyond slow. The triage is non-existent, putting all their patients at risk.\r
\r
I recently took my dog there, she was ""triaged"" (which meant taking her temperature only!!) and found to have a 104.6 fever (normal is 102.5 max) and was left lying in an exam room for TWO HOURS. I had to ask for cooling cloths for her, and had to take her respiration was laboured and twice normal.\r
\r
Dr Raymos appeared for a frustrating two minutes where she wanted to give my emergency case a well-pet exam, including weighing her. \r
\r
I grabbed my dog and ran to Encina in Walnut Creek where a FABULOUS Dr met me at the door, carried my dog in and immediately treated her for an entirely obstructed lung with IV antibiotics.\r
\r
Take your pet to Encina, or anywhere else.
Cons: Unqualified Vets, rude staff, inability to Triage emergencies, SLOW beyond belief
