Review content:
I wanted to make an appointment to confirm if i was pregnant. I'm new to Austin, just moved to San Antonio so the only way to look for new doctors is to check on our insurance and the distance from where we live. I read some good reviews about this place so i figured i would call. Well, after my experience, i don't think i will set foot at this office.\r

First of all, they have an automated phone system (which i hate, i want to talk to a live person). I didn't know which doctor (they have about six or so) to get so i just picked one. I wish i would've talked to a live person to ask them questions about the doctors and who was available. I waited almost 10 min to talk to someone but that someone never answered and it went straight to the answering machine. So i redialed again and finally after 5 min, actually spoke to someone. The receptionist wanted me to talk to a nurse first before making the appointment. The nurse was rude and made me feel stupid. Then she wouldn't make an appointment until i took two more home pregnancy test. What? I want a doctor to confirm that i am pregnant! Not another home pregnancy test! I never had so much trouble making appointments before in my life!\r
\r
I don't think i will call them again.
