Review content:
My experience at this office was very disappointing. First, I was told I would not be able to meet with Dr Neyman for about a month and a half, so I agreed to make an appointment with an assistant. I was called by the office to reschedule due to some error they had made and agreed to a different date. I arrived at my appointment ten minutes late after having walked all over the expanse of that vast complex trying to find the correct suite. They turned me away saying that I was required to be there 15 minutes early. I would have been fine with this if when I made my initial appointment and had been asked if I had been to that office before, someone had bothered to mention that I needed to be there 15 minutes early and possibly given me some hint as to where I should try to look for their suite. It was all a complete waste of my time and I felt incredibly disrespected. I would have appriciated some sympathy. Pros: unsure Cons: not centraly located, unflexible, busy, unorganized scheduling
