I have used Computer Repair Force and Computer Teach to help service my 75 year old mother's computer for things that I neither have the time or the patience to deal with. They are very fast, extremely reliable and most importantly, extremely patient in bring my mother into the 21st century, whether it's showing her new software and cleaning up the viruses/spyware and other problems she has caused. I have used ComputerTeach on occassion myself for more complicated issues in excel, i-movie, power point and they have always come through with a solution and showing me how to do what i want to do. I highly recommend their services.
