I am the Chief Technology Officer for one of the largest firms on Long Island and have also worked with the Owner of Computer Repair Force and ComputerTeach for over 20 years. I have worked with him in several capacities and each of them has been nothing short of an excellent experience.
First and foremost, I have recommended his Computer Repair force to nearly every one of my co-workers - in fact, I keep his business cards on my desk for those that come in to ask me how to deal with problems on their home computers. At least a dozen of my co-workers have used his services - many of them multiple times for home networking, computer and printer repair, software related issues, etc. I know for certain that they have recommended his services to other friends as well. In EVERY case they came back to my office to tell me that the experience was great, that the technician was able to resolve the issue quickly, and that the fee was extremely reasonable.
Despite knowing how to troubleshoot computers myself (I run a multi-million dollar IT environment), I have asked Computer Repair Force to service my own parents and in-laws computers. I felt that they would get better quality repair than if I were to try it myself. In the case of my in-laws, they were about to purchase a new computer due to the poor performance of their existing one, and I suggested about a year ago that they have Computer Repair Force check it out first. Computer Repair Force conducted some maintenance on the device, and to this day they continue to use it - for a few bucks they saved themselves over a thousand dollars!
My firm also uses ComputerTeach to train our employees in a variety of technologies and software programs. Our VP of Human Resources has established a great relationship with Mitch and his skilled instructors that teach our employees. Having shopped other training firms for this service, our VP of Human Resources is convinced that ComputerTeach prices are the most reasonable and his training is the most thorough. I have sent several direct reports to his courses at his Great Neck location and they all came back more productive as a result. What more can I ask for in terms of value?
On a personal note, Mitch is very patient and detail oriented. He has cultivated a great staff based on those character traits. He is willing to take on complex repair jobs and treats people's hardware as if it were his own - trying hard to repair the device in the most economical manner possible.
I am sorry to see someone post such a misrepresentation on this site. Clearly someone with an axe to grind.
