My Onkyo needed a part replaced on the warranty. With a little persuasion, they were willing to order the part without holding on to the the amp until it arrived and requiring a deposit. They trusted that I would return and they wouldn't get stuck with the new part. I was able to bring in the unit and they installed the part while I had lunch.
Sure the place is kinda messy, but where else can one store a dozen giant TVs but in the storefront? For Onkyo warranty repair they may be your only choice. Give em a chance.
