I would not recommend Ward Brothers to anyone. I wanted to get my front room cleaned and got a coupon in the mail so I called Ward Brothers. I didn't notice in the fine print it said 3 room minimum on the coupon, which was my mistake. But when I told the cleaner, Nick, that I wanted my front room cleaned and I was going to use the coupon, he didn't tell me about the 3 room minimum. He cleaned the front room, packed everything back up into his car, then came back to my house and charged me the full price. I asked why it was so expensive since it's only supposed to be $12.99 a room and THAT'S when he told me about the 3 room minimum, after everything was already packed up and put away. I just think a quality and trustworthy company would have at least told me beforehand and offered to clean another room since it was already included in the price. It would have been the right thing to do. He only had to do 1/3 of the work and got paid the full price of 3 rooms. I will be using another company in the future.
