Your products are good, your service is excellent, but your written notices are questionable.
We have an extended parts and labor warranty our heat pump until 2020, so why did we get a one year renewal notice for $209.
You want my email address, so you don't have the expense of paper mailings. You have my email address, otherwise I wouldn't be getting regular emails from you. The renewal notice is dated August 15, 2013 (we received it Sept. 8th) and it says if we respond by July 10, 2013 we get a 25 % savings. Can you explain, please?
