Review content:
Travel to Gulfport, MS from Maryland was a bit challenging since not too many airlines fly to the area from Maryland. Was given wrong information at the connecting airport which thus caused us to miss our flight and stay overnight. This delayed our getting the truck deal closed and head back to MS. Our sales man (J.C.) was wonderful. Never did get phone calls returned and e-mail replies from Lacey once we had already wired our security deposit and faxed our rental app with other requested documents. Had difficulty determining info or extra funds we needed to have on hand other than 3% tax and closing costs, So we were not prepared to have to pay more for IRP & 2290 due to drop in communication. Other than that, we would recommend American Trucks. If there was a location up north on the east coast, that would be even better!
