Review content:
I parked at the kew Garden parking lot underneath the Ballys on June 6th and it was the biggest mistake i ever made. They broke the handle on my door, but I didnt know it was broken until I got home. This is how they did it. \r
\r
1st of all it took them forever to bring to the car. When they brought the car to my wife, they opened and closed the door so that she would not know that it was broken. This is very tricky on their part because we were later told once we leave the parking lot, they are not responsible. \r
\r
When we returned to make a complaint, they said they are not responsible because we already left. This made me furious how easily they can lie and cheat people. The manager on duty told us to call their company office on Monday because it was 4pm on Friday and they were probably already closed. We called and left a message on Friday, then Monday and Tuesday. No call back from them. We tried even calling a different department, but they just transferred us back to number with voice mail. \r
\r
They are clearly avoiding us. I have already filed a police report and a complaint to 311 and seeing what is our next step. \r
