I parked at the kew Garden parking lot underneath the Ballys on June 6th and it was the biggest mistake i ever made. They broke the handle on my door, but I didnt know it was broken until I got home. This is how they did it. \r \r 1st of all it took them forever to bring to the car. When they brought the car to my wife, they opened and closed the door so that she would not know that it was broken. This is very tricky on their part because we were later told once we leave the parking lot, they are not responsible. \r \r When we returned to make a complaint, they said they are not responsible because we already left. This made me furious how easily they can lie and cheat people. The manager on duty told us to call their company office on Monday because it was 4pm on Friday and they were probably already closed. We called and left a message on Friday, then Monday and Tuesday. No call back from them. We tried even calling a different department, but they just transferred us back to number with voice mail. \r \r They are clearly avoiding us. I have already filed a police report and a complaint to 311 and seeing what is our next step. \r more

I've used this garage many times and have always been given excellent service with no problems. Fast getting my car out and very reasonable rates. I just checked the BBB site and there's not a single complaint for this garage -- as expected...I've only had good experiences dealing with the courteous staff. In one of the snowstorms last winter, my battery died due to the cold weather and the employees working at that time went above and beyond to get me back on the road with a jump start - saved me a call to AAA & got my car up and running very quickly. more

Do NOT PARK HERE UNLESS you want your car damaged periodically over the course of months. They are rated F by the BBB. We were monthly parkers at the Forest Hills location run by Sylvan. We occasionally noticed dents or dings here or there but our car is 3 years old and we ignored it. Then one day, we got a noticeable dent high on the side door. We claimed with the attendants and then the main office. They denied all liability. ""We didn't do it. "" That's all they could say. So after 3 months of ignoring our calls and dragging this along, we filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Dept. of Consumer Affairs. The week that they sent notices to Sylvan, our car's grille was totally destroyed. This was obviously intentional given the timing. After several weeks, we noticed our car's headlight was damaged and the fender was cracked. Then our leather seats were stained by a blue coat belonging to the attendants.
