If you want endless excuses, bring your computer here. If you want results, go elsewhere. 3 months after my unfortunate decision to bring my computer here, I won't ever be getting it back. They never commit to timeframes, never called on the 7-8 times they said they would, lost the backing to my computer and had to order a new one (VERY reluctantly), misdiagnosed the initial problem (resulting in charging me for parts that did nothing to help the problem), and expected me to pay almost $100 for all this hassle. I ended up buying a new computer after finding out that the motherboard was fried. Words fail to express how frustrating this company is. I look forward to the day that they no longer exist to scam people. I've seriously considered small claims court, but I'm done with them and am making a clean break.
