Review content:
The PV installation was virtually flawless. I worked with Karl beforehand to schedule a time that the weather would not interfere with. Karl was also able to limit my inconvenience by scheduling the inspector to come out the same day. The work crew was scheduled to arrive around 9:30 am. The electricians from Mabry's showed up at 9am and were able to scout out their part of the work by the time the rest of the crew arrived at 9:30am. The electricians (after cleaning up where necessary) were finished and gone by 1pm. Logan was onsite the majority of the time and readily available to answer questions and solve problems. The work was far enough along by 2pm to pass inspection and was completed by 3pm. Logan remained for a while to go over the system and conduct a test to ensure its operation. Once Piedmont Electric replaced my meter, both Karl and Logan were readily available to answer questions, ensuring that the system could be fully operational in minimal time. For PV panel installations, I would not hesitate to recommend NC Solar Now.
