dr. bhupendra patel & south jersey radiology request additional mammorgram & ultra sounds when they can not differentiate between breast reduction scar tissue and a cancerous tumor...unfortunately they submit these extra screenings as diagnostic instead of preventative which incurs an additional cost to the patient beyond your ppo plan premiums (specifically with aetna ppo choice 2 product). south jersey radiology does not seem willing to resubmit claims as preventative when asked to by the patient & aetna when questioned on this. sj radiology is not able to quickly scan a mammogram & determine need for more screenings during 1 appointment.
Cons: sj radiology needs to be attentive to the patients insurance plans claim codes
