I WAS TAKING IN MY NEW ACURA TSX HERE TO GET INSPECTED, THAT'S IT! I CAME IN AT 9AM AND LEN THE MANAGER OF THE PLACE TOLD ME THERE ARE 4 CARS IN FRONT OF MINE TO COME BACK AROUND 1ISH. SO I RETURNED AT 12:30 IN CASE THE CAR GOT OUT EARLIER AND MY CAR WAS NOT EVEN ON THE PRESMISE. I ASKED LEN WHERE WAS MY CAR AND THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO DRIVE IT AROUND AS PART OF THE INSPECTION SO I WAS LIKE OK THEN 20 MINS GOES BY AFTER HE TOLD HE WAS GONE FOR 15 MINS AND I DEMANDED TO HAVE MY CAR. WELL I WAS TOLD HE DROVE MY CAR TO CLIFTON HEIGHTS BECAUSE THE EMISSION THING WASN'T WORKING. I THEN ASKED WHY WASN'T I ASKED IF YOU COULD TAKE MY BRAND NEW CAR TO CLIFTON HEIGHTS, ARE YOU GOING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE MONEY USED FOR THE PREMIUM GAS AND THE MILES YOU PUT ON MY CAR DRIVING THAT FAR. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THESE STUPID PEOPLE I GOT THE INSPECTION FOR FREE BUT I DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE INSPECTION I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT GAVE THEM THE RIGHT TO DRIVE MY CAR. THEN AS I'M DRIVING OFF THE LOT I NOTICED THE CLOTH WHERE THEY HAD TO REPLACE MY STICK WAS DIRTY AND WHERE THEY ADJUSTED MY MIRROR. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF GOING TO CORPORATE TO GET REIMBURSED FOR ALL OF THE ISSUES I'VE HAD. NOT TO MENTION MY CAR WAS IN THERE FOR 7 HOURS!
