I WAS TAKING IN MY NEW ACURA TSX HERE TO GET INSPECTED, THAT'S IT! I CAME IN AT 9AM AND LEN THE MANAGER OF THE PLACE TOLD ME THERE ARE 4 CARS IN FRONT OF MINE TO COME BACK AROUND 1ISH. SO I RETURNED AT 12:30 IN CASE THE CAR GOT OUT EARLIER AND MY CAR WAS NOT EVEN ON THE PRESMISE. I ASKED LEN WHERE WAS MY CAR AND THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO DRIVE IT AROUND AS PART OF THE INSPECTION SO I WAS LIKE OK THEN 20 MINS GOES BY AFTER HE TOLD HE WAS GONE FOR 15 MINS AND I DEMANDED TO HAVE MY CAR. WELL I WAS TOLD HE DROVE MY CAR TO CLIFTON HEIGHTS BECAUSE THE EMISSION THING WASN'T WORKING. I THEN ASKED WHY WASN'T I ASKED IF YOU COULD TAKE MY BRAND NEW CAR TO CLIFTON HEIGHTS, ARE YOU GOING TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE MONEY USED FOR THE PREMIUM GAS AND THE MILES YOU PUT ON MY CAR DRIVING THAT FAR. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THESE STUPID PEOPLE I GOT THE INSPECTION FOR FREE BUT I DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE INSPECTION I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT GAVE THEM THE RIGHT TO DRIVE MY CAR. THEN AS I'M DRIVING OFF THE LOT I NOTICED THE CLOTH WHERE THEY HAD TO REPLACE MY STICK WAS DIRTY AND WHERE THEY ADJUSTED MY MIRROR. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF GOING TO CORPORATE TO GET REIMBURSED FOR ALL OF THE ISSUES I'VE HAD. NOT TO MENTION MY CAR WAS IN THERE FOR 7 HOURS! more

I went in for an inspection and they charged me $170 for an state and emission test and tried to tell me I needed $700 worth of work on my car. I went to new shop that completed the inspection and only charged me $60 and told me no additional work was necessary. The guys at Good Year were trying to rip me off. They even suggested I finance the payment to pay off over 6 months. I will never go here again! My new auto shop is Pinnacle Automotive if you are looking for honest workers! more

Please avoid this Installer at any cost. I went here to install 4 Conti DWS 275/45/19 on my VW Touareg. They struggled mounting these tires, I spend over 4hrs waiting in their store as a result. I took my car to another mechanic a week after the installation/alignment of these tires, who informed me my steering wheel was way off center and the car was pulling to the left heavily. Within 4 months as a result of the incompetence of this installer my tires have worn excessively, and needed to be replaced again - less then 5,000 miles on them!! What a way to waste over a $1,000 on perfectly fine tires. I spoke a few times with Goodyear (Gemini) HQ and also went back to this installer. They deny any wrongdoing and blame customer for needing to replace these tires within 5,000 miles! If you care about your own safety - please avoid this installer at all cost - or any Gemini installer for that matter. more
