Review content:
I called this afternoon to find out hours. The woman who answered the phone said they are open until 9:30. I asked if I needed an appointment. She said no, come on in anytime before 9:30 so I arrived at 8:30, was greeted and told to wait just a moment. A few minutes later a woman greeted me and said they only take clients until 8:30. I replied I was looking for a haircut. She saw I have short hair and would bea quick cut, but it didn't make a difference. No apology was given after I explained what the girl on the phone said. She said student answer the phone and don't know things. I suggested a script with pertinent info, she said they have one. I asked her if she was the one in charge and she said no with an attitude. Not a good first impression.
