Review content:
I will never go to this hospital again.
1) We received the wrong dispatch papers when leaving the hospital, they attached our dispatch papers with those of another patient who sliced his hand open. They just ""apologized"" and didn't think anything of it.
2) No panic or call button in the room while you're waiting for your doctor to come in.
3) A required payment deposit before leaving. I had to take my boyfriend to Central DuPage hospital afterward and they did not charge us for a deposit.
4) Wrong diagnosis. They diagnosed my boyfriend with pharyngitis and sent him home, even after complaining of sore kidneys and a fever of 103. His fever rose to 104 that same night and we had to go to the other hospital and he was then diagnosed with pneumonia and acute bronchitis.
This was all in ONE visit. I will never go to this hospital again.
Pros: Nothing
