DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!\r
Real Property Management is so misleading in everything they tell you. They will say anything to get your business but none of it is true. I contacted them about renting our property and was told that we didn't have a contract and could cancel anytime. However, now that we are canceling they said that breaches our ""agreement"". They said we didn't have a contract, we have an agreement. Now I have to pay 3 months of penalties all because the person who signed us up switched up their wording so we'd sign with them. 'Agreement' and 'Contract' are the same thing. If anyone is looking for a management company do not go with them. When you start out with their company they are great, after you decide to go with them it's all downhill from there. They have the worst customer service and the shadiest employees.
