Review content:
With La Amistad's resources, I became sober three years ago. It's not a Malibu facility; it's not a magical place, either. Speaking to the negative reviews here, I don't judge the individual experiences, but La Amistad is a rehab - it's going to be full of people coming to terms with themselves and maybe not on their best behavior. And it's not going to ""make you better."" Only the person with the struggles can do that for themselves. It's not a smooth ride - addiction and mental health issues generally aren't, but La Amistad can help.
