Review content:
Wolverine Carpet Cleaners was very responsive when I was trying to make the appointment. They worked with our schedule needs. The morning of the appointment, the gentleman was very prompt. In fact, he arrived early, which was also great.
Their representative was very professional and thorough. He was very capable. He worked with a less than optimal situation: we had them doing work in our daughter's apartment that had not been cleaned before they got there. All things said, we had a very favorable experience and they helped us in a pinch.
They actually were able to add a service on that had not been scheduled. Originally, we were scheduled for a furniture cleaning, but it turned out that we needed carpet cleaning as well. The young man called the office and got permission to stay longer and do the carpet as well. That made it much more efficient time-wise from our standpoint.
I like the fact that Wolverine is a long standing company based in Ann Arbor. They are a family company as I understand it. Their employees are very professional and seem to be very accountable.
