Wolverine Carpet Cleaners have cleaned my family room carpet several times. It is white and I have four children. They are quick and personable. Even the really stubborn stains that do not come out completely fade over time with the stuff that they put on them. They keep our carpet looking good. We are very happy with them. more

This is the third time I've had Wolverine Carpet Cleaners clean my furniture. My furniture is all white, and it is 11 years old. It looks brand new, and a lot of that is because of the care they take in paying attention to the soiled areas until they become clean. They are professional and friendly! They want to know what your concerns are, and they will redo something if you ask them. I'm going to be buying new pieces of furniture, and I will have them do a protective treatment to protect the pieces from wear and soil. The price is very reasonable, and I've noticed they don't care how long it takes to get the job done. They will take care of the problem regardless of the amount of time it takes. more

It was my first time using them, and I would say their price is quite high. It would be better if they could lower it, especially for the elderly. But I liked them. more

Wolverine Carpet Cleaners cleaned the carpeting in my home, and it looks great! It was my first time using them. I found out about them when I was helping my friend find a company to clean her oriental rug. We wanted it done locally, and we wanted it done well. Wolverine did immersion cleaning onsite for her rug, which is not common. They had the unique equipment to do it. We matched them against another company, and we felt they really knew what they were doing. When I was talking to them, one conversation led to another and I decided to have them do my carpets. I like the way they handled my friend, and I like the way they handled me. They're a good company, and they were really careful with how they handled me. They worked very hard to get the carpets in my house cleaned. They didn't just go over them once. The guy doing the work really took care to make sure he could get them as clean as he could. It was expensive. I was a little stunned, but they did a great job. And I think this is a day and age where you get what you pay for. They did pretty much the whole house except for the two rooms where we moved all the furniture. The quality was very good. The carpets weren't soaking wet when they left. And they weren't crunchy later on. I've had that happen where there is a residue left over and things get stiff, so you know the carpet isn't clean. I was really delighted with the job they did. I don't have the carpets done often, and there's no way I could use them every six months as suggested. But I would highly recommend them! more

Wolverine Carpet Cleaners was very helpful. They moved the furniture, protected the corners from their hoses, and came in and out as best they could. It was my first time using them, and they did a lot for me. They cleaned furniture, some area rugs, the stairs and two rooms of carpet. I ordered an area rug mat from them as well. I decided not to do the work myself, and it was great! I would say they are expensive, but good. I guess it depends on what you have done, and I had a lot of things done. But the furniture cleaning seems expensive. more

The work Wolverine Carpet Cleaners did for me was excellent. It was my first time using them. They did simple carpet cleaning for me, but they were professional and prompt. They got back to me right away, and they were very clear with their quotes and estimates. They were perfectly transparent, so there were no surprises. My experience with Wolverine Carpet Cleaners was fabulous. Tom Monahan, Ryan his associate, and Melinda the office manager were all phenomenal to work with. One of the biggest things I look for when hiring a company to provide service in my home is if the quote matches the final price. The quote they gave me over the phone was right on budget. I didn't get any unexpected charges. Overall, the pricing was reasonable, too. Tom and his associate came to my home for the full-house carpet cleaning. They arrived on time and explained everything well. They did a very good job with the cleaning. They carpet was ten years old, and they got everything out. I didn't have to ask them to redo anything. You won't have any problems if you go with Wolverine Carpet Cleaners. I have absolutely no complaints. It feels great knowing what to expect when working with them! more

I called Wolverine Carpet Cleaners for a disaster recovery after my dog was sprayed by a skunk and then rolled on the carpet. It was terrible. I'm still recuperating from it, and it happened a couple weeks ago. It happened in the middle of the night on a Saturday night. I called Wolverine on Monday, and they came immediately. They charged me a same-day fee, which I was not happy about. If it's an emergency, it really leaves you with no choice. I think their service was very good once they got to the house. They did a really good job cleaning. The owner was really honest with me about whether or not they could get the smell out. They charged me a lot more than I was expecting. I was warned it would be a lot, but I had no idea it would be about $850 dollars for three parts of carpet. The two cleaners gave 100 percent when they were at the house. They worked really hard. I'm surprised how quickly they were done. They were only worked for about an hour and a half. The smell is gone by this point, but in the beginning I was not sure they got all the odor out. RESPONSE FROM Wolverine Carpet Cleaners: It is unfortunate when any kind of catastrophe occurs to a homeowner and we naturally feel bad for them. Whether it is a water pipe bursting, a furnace failure, or an invasive skunk odor, all such need prompt remedial attention to regain normalcy in the home. We were happy to provide such a disaster response. We desire to comment on the 'so-called' high cost of service. Our fee included our everyday normal cleaning and speciality treatment cost, but did also include an emergency service fee to dispatch a truck with two technicians immediately the same day. This was done only after client agreed that the emergency fee for this same day service was an acceptable $150.00. After arriving on the premise and assessing the damage, we consulting with the client and explained the limitations, while mapping and costing the scope of the work to be done. It was without hesitation the informed client agreed to contract our further service. We then proceeded to provide treatment for the carpeted areas in the master bedroom, vanity area, walk-in closet, long hallway, larger than most staircase, and a living room. The skunk treatment was $272. Thereafter, we went back through the same said areas and cleaned the carpets for the cost of $435. The total cost for the service, that including the treatment for skunk odor, carpet cleaning, and the same day emergency service fee (which included consultation and a review of scope of work) came to a total of $857. The two man crew completed the entire service accepted efficiently in 4.5 man hours. more

Wolverine Carpet Cleaners did a very good job the last time they were here. I've been using them for several years, and they always show up when they say they are going to show up. They are fully prepared to work when they're here. I've never had any problems. I try to use them twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. I think that they do all they can to get the stains out. I always have some type of stain from a dog or a cat, and they always try to do their best to get it out. The cleaners are courteous and very prompt. I think Tom is very knowledgeable about what he does and is a nice person. You should give them a call! more

Wolverine Carpet Cleaners come in and cleaned the bedroom carpet and I also had a couch with a cat urination stain on it so we explained that to them and they cleaned it really well. We had used other carpet cleaning companies in the past. However, we were very impressed when Tom came out to work on new carpet that had prematurely soiled. (The manufacturer eventually replaced that carpet.) Based on Tom's work & professionalism we hired Wolverine to clean our other carpets. They did an excellent job! Dan & Chris were professional & helpful. They arrived early & called to tell us they were coming. They spent extra time on highly trafficked areas. The carpets look terrific. more
