Experience Horrendous! We custom ordered a 5th Wheel at the end of March from Canada, one couch in the RV was backordered which put us getting the unit a month late. Then when the wrong 5th wheel came in, it took US 2 weeks to get in contact with our saleswoman (Kim). Communication, customer service and problem solving skills all seem to be at all time low on their priority lists. When they finally recognized that we did not want this different RV they were pushing on us, there was another month delay due to the Silverado factory going into a shut down. After the factory was back up and running, they decided that they no longer were going to make the specific RV that we custom ordered, so without confirming all the changes our saleswoman decided to order us a new one. When she called to say she was expecting it on a specific day we were pretty excited - even though camping season in Alberta is pretty much done, since then we haven't again heard from her in over a week and a half. \r
We are extremely disappointed in the way things were handled there, and would never recommend Gillette's RV to anyone looking for a hassle free experience
