Review content:
In reference to ""M B"", below. First let me address the ""5 dogs"" on the roof, as the story keeps changing. It was two dogs, MY personal dogs that climbed out a window while I was cleaning. I used to work for AC, and believe me; I am far from an irresponsible pet owner. My dogs have never been loose and it was a freak accident. You never even spoke to anyone at the hospital about it, as the only person we spoke to was a friend of Dr. Eaton's and it was NOT taken lightly. I was in tears and frantic as I called my dogs back in the building, as they NEVER leave my sight. And no, you never have to do everything recommended. When you go into a car shop and they give you a list of what your car needs, do you have to do everything? No. I have sat in on several appointments with you. We give you a breakdown of what we would do as pet owners. We never force an owner to do anything, however most are appreciative of our attention to detail and how thorough we are, especially when it comes to someone’s sick dog. I can't begin to count the number of things a ""full workup"" has caught that just basic care would have missed, life saving catches I may add. I wish you and your two Shih Tzu's the best and AHOP will continue to provide quality and thorough care for our patients.
