People are very unskilled and have no qualified training. \r
No communication to explain to you what is going on. \r
Try to blow you off and make you feel stupid when something is wrong. Great deals on tires but make sure that you are ordering something that they don't stock in order to get a quality tire. \r
Have had things put together wrong on my vehicle. Too much oil added in my friends truck. Said they drained some out but still had overfill light coming on. \r
Find ASE or educated people to work on your vehicle.
