These are the nicest car people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are markedly less expensive than other places, honest about what needs to be done and they also have free sodas in their waiting room! Highly recommend & beats the socks off any of the other mechanics in town. Thank you C&D! more

wont stand behind work 8/23/2011

We are a local small dealer we have used C&D for several years, over the last 6 months we had several problems leaving oil out of cars or over filling, the out come on these cars was the same on all the automobiles blown engines. Cliff (MGR) would not help us with the problem on any of these vehicles however they wanted to collected all the monthly statement from us ($2300) and we paid because we do what we say. They even held one of my cars hostage untill we paid but would not help with the problems they caused. more

Not Recommended 7/10/2010

People are very unskilled and have no qualified training. \r No communication to explain to you what is going on. \r Try to blow you off and make you feel stupid when something is wrong. Great deals on tires but make sure that you are ordering something that they don't stock in order to get a quality tire. \r Have had things put together wrong on my vehicle. Too much oil added in my friends truck. Said they drained some out but still had overfill light coming on. \r Find ASE or educated people to work on your vehicle. Pros: Nice People Cons: Lack of Skill and Communication more

Must Try! 3/13/2009

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I took my car to firestone and the services were going to cost around $1,200. When I heard this I immediately started looking around for better quotes. I took my car to C&D tire and they did everything Firestone was going to do for $557!!! My car ran great! That was a couple of years ago...\r \r Since then I have been back several times and will never take my car anywhere else! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. So nice to have a nice honest place like this in Knoxville. Thank you C&D Tire! Pros: Everything! Cons: A little hard to find the first time :( more
