Complete Disaster! ALI ruined my color…I went in for a partial copper red weave and left with brown and blonde hair with one…YES, ONE blob of neon orangish red in my bangs! I looked like a calico cat! Wanting to cry, I expressed to her the compete contrast of what I showed her a picture of and what she decided to do to my hair…I explained I had company arriving in 3 days and was devastated with the results…I immediately told her that this was not what I asked for and to top it off, she asked me to stop being rude to HER!!! I calmly told her that I was simply expressing my opinion and frustration.... I was told that there was nobody that could help me…everyone was booked. The receptionist and the stylist were both rude. They all went in the back room and left me standing at the front desk for 20 minutes…Finally, the receptionist came out and said…sorry, there is nothing we can do for you! I wish I could post a picture of my before and after…The before was lovely and reddish with varying high and lowlights…the after is horrible brown and blonde that look grayish from a distance.\r
I called COLOUR AUTHORITY in Portland and they told me to come in….. the best salon in town! I’ll never stray again.\r
The kicker is that I had to call and reschedule my nail appointment because of this sloppy work and Angie, the manicurist immediately said…Urban Colorz, right? I said yes…how did you know. and she said she has had SEVERAL clients that have had a horrible experience with them. NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS CRAPPY SALON!!!\r
