I can honestly say that I have never dealt with anything like this at all! Christina calls me on a daily basis and would send me emails at work and call my job. I lost my job because of her calling there. We are not allowed ot have personal calls at work and that was made aware to her. What bothers me is that she would started calling and emailing me when a payment would be a day late! We are not talking weeks or months, we are just talking a day, 2-3 at the most. \r

Her emails are very rude and are never put together grammatical correct. I have been called a liar and told that I was making myself look bad because I informed her back in December that my payment would be late because my car had been towed and that I had to pay $250 to get it back. She asked for proof that it was towed. I sent her all of the paperwork and the she called me the next day and told me that I was a liar and that I was making myself look bad because my car was never towed and that she knew for a fact that it wasnt because she called and they told her that my car was not there. I told her that I paid to get it back so therefore, it wouldnt still be there. \r

Everything has gone downhill from there. To say that they are rude is an understatement. I told her that I wouldnt be dealing with them too much longer. She said that she wanted to know why because no one would take my trade in. I really think and believe that she is use to dealing with people that will let her talk to them any way and walk all over them.....well I not one of those people! \r

I have copies of all of the rude emails that she has sent, as well as all of the negative things that other customers have said about them. I will be meeting with a lawyer next week about the harassment and stress that she has caused me and my family. \r

I dont understand how this company is still in business! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!
