If it was possible to provide zero stars I would. Our move, from start to finish with fry-wagner was a disaster. They showed up several hours late on the days they were to pack, move and unpack us. In addition, they went to the wrong home when attempting to deliver our items, and we have recently discovered that a number of our more valuable items are missing. Perhaps most importantly, their customer service has been severely lacking, with all but one of their employees proving unhelpful and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and use another company.
