Do Not Trust. Do Not Use!!! St. Louis Limousine and Allied Transportation, especially Mike and Lee, do not deserve to be in business. They showed up late in a Limo that was garbage: still had trash, radio did not work, a/c did not cool, and it was not what they promised verbally, or what was on the contract. It was the exactly what we were assured not to send. \r
Then, I had to deal with the dispatchers, on the wedding day, on pickup time, that did not care about mistakes or situation, cornering you with threats of canceling everything...after the limo finally arrives ,on the day of the wedding! They offered a consolation airport trip as an apology, then they withdrew it when it came to making good on that too!\r
Zero in professionalism, zero on customer service, zero on trustworthiness, zero on dependability, zero stars. \r
