Allied Transportation

We used this company last month for our wedding. I just wanted to make sure credit was given where due. This company was absolutely EXCELLANT!!! We booked online and immediately received a confirmation, Our wedding coordinator dealt with Mike in the office several times and took care of our requests. The bus showed up clean, the driver was very friendly and professional. He was eager to help every step of the way, from helping us on and off the bus, holding the girls flowers, refilling out coolers with ice, etc throughout the trip. I can't express enough how smoothly things went. We also booked a get away car which they didn't charge us for after the reception. more

Never used this limo service ever again. This was my first time i was using a limo service for a wedding. first off, the a/c did not work at all, the contract guarantee that all vehicle are air conditioning and that they are not responsible for air conditioning dissatisfaction in extreme heat over 90 degree. it was only 80 degree top with no a/c. We had to put the window down and the window does not even go up when we try to readjust it. The tv does not work. Every one wanted to pass out especially the pregnant bridesmaid. more

DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS!!!!! The worst limo service ever hands down.They will overcharge you (they lowball the over-the-phone quote) when the limo driver arrives. Oh yeah, the limo driver will first arrive an HOUR early at the WRONG address, then he will arrive LATE at the correct address. Then he'll overcharge you, act like a TOTAL douchebag who's doing you a giant favor to take you anywhere...not to mention getting the extra 25 minutes for showing up LATE was like pulling teeth. I mean we practically had to beg the guy to do anything at all. Then at the end of the night he refused to drop off our friends at Soulard...even though we had PLENTY of extra time and after all we were paying $105 an hour. more

Do Not Trust. Do Not Use!!! St. Louis Limousine and Allied Transportation, especially Mike and Lee, do not deserve to be in business. They showed up late in a Limo that was garbage: still had trash, radio did not work, a/c did not cool, and it was not what they promised verbally, or what was on the contract. It was the exactly what we were assured not to send. \r Then, I had to deal with the dispatchers, on the wedding day, on pickup time, that did not care about mistakes or situation, cornering you with threats of canceling everything...after the limo finally arrives ,on the day of the wedding! They offered a consolation airport trip as an apology, then they withdrew it when it came to making good on that too!\r Zero in professionalism, zero on customer service, zero on trustworthiness, zero on dependability, zero stars. \r \r Terrible!!\r more

The dispatcher gave me a great rate on a 10 person limo when there were no smaller cars left for our small group. more

Used this company for both my bachelorette party & wedding. Awesome drivers. Especially the driver from our bachelorette party, he was funny and safe. Years down the road im sure all the girls will still remember his name he made such a good impact on our night. I will use this service again! Thank you!!! more

The best limo service in St Louis and the most affordable one too. My schedule was met and I was thankful for the good customer service they provided. The driver was very professional and good with directions and the price was fair. more

First time using Allied Transportation, Used the service while in town on business last week. We wanted to get out of the hotel and tour the city and experience the nightlife, which is exactly what we got! The driver arrived at the hotel on time; he was courteous and knowledgeable of the city and clubs. He drove us safely from club to club and even provided us with free cover passes. We couldn?t of asked for a better experience. The next day we ordered a bus for a larger group to take us to Anheuser-Busch Brewery tour. Thanks again! more

St. Louis Limousine and Allied Transportation(who they are associated with) are a joke. They showed up an hour late for our wedding in a Limo Bus that was garbage, had holes in the walls and floor as well as staples sticking out of the seat. It was also smaller than they promised. And all the while I had to deal with a dispatcher that had the personality of a convict. They finally refunded me for the hour that they weren't there but still haven't returned my calls nor paid me the extra $75 they promised to refund due to terrible service. I had to call every day of my honeymoon to try and get any refund. I had to give them 1 star b/c i couldn't give them Zero. Pros: Cheap Cons: Terrible Service and Limos more

SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT USE ALLIED TRANSPORTATION FOR ANY OF YOUR TRANSIT NEEDS!!! This company is a joke. The stretch Excursion we rented for our wedding looked nice from the outside, but once inside we realized that neither the a/c or the radio worked. And here's the best part...THE LIMO BREAKS DOWN ON OUR WAY TO THE RECEPTION. Thank goodness for our photographer who jumped the limo to get it started again. The driver told us he would send another vehicle to pick us up when the reception was over...that never happened. When calling to complain when we returned from our honeymoon, we were told by Dale that since we didn't contact them on our wedding day, he would only refund us for 1/2 hour's service! Don't fall victim. Go to one of the many other reputable transportation companies in St. Louis to ensure your special day remains special. Cons: Bad vehicles, bad customer service, unfair business practice more

I used this company to take my wife out on the town for Valentine?s Day. The limo arrived on time, And to both of our surprise was a complementary bottled of champagne and a half dozen roses sitting right on the passenger seat for her. The driver was great. Thanks for a wonderful evening!! more

We were sent a Limo Bus from Allied Transportation with no AC in the middle of August. Owner (Russ) told us the Limo would cool off once the bus started moving (It had sat in the parking lot for around 20 min prior to us getting on the bus). He wanted money paid in CASH (mistake!!). Russ told us to get on the Limo Bus when he knew the AC didn't work ( we complained prior to leaving) and he told us that the bus would cool off once the bus started moving that it had sat for awhile thats why it was so warm. He ""tricked"" us onto the bus allowing us to leave knowing once the bus started moving we would be locked into the contract. An Inexperienced driver drove us around..he almost flipped the bus over pulling out of a parking lot! Called Russ on three different occassions to try to get a different bus or replace the bus and get a refund but he refused. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! GO WITH THE COMPETITION! Saving a few bucks and going with Allied Transportation will be a HUGE mistake! DO NOT USE ALLIED TRANSPORTATION! Cons: wants paid in cash and will not guarantee his limo buses more
