Joe said he would take a look at our house and ended up sending another agent. I didnt mind but felt it was a bit rude he didn't reschedule for another date with himself. The agent showed up with 'for sale' signs which was a bit off-putting considering we were to discuss our buying/selling goals. I had the impression (possibly wrongly so, but first impressions are everything!) that they were disappointed we weren't trying to sell a more expensive house with them. I was promised I would receive a call back in 2 days and never heard from them again. We will def be going with a different Realtor.
