Let me start by saying that I've used STMC for most of my life. Dr. Aung, Dr. Colon, and Dr. Reddy are all excellent general practitioners and you will probably very happy seeing any of them. Unfortunately, to see any of them, you have to deal with the administrators. Yes, the front desk receptionists sometimes seem annoyed or curt with you. I tend to think it's because they have a lot to do. I've recently moved and am ATTEMPTING to have my medical records transferred. Unfortunately, the medical records department is only able to transfer records on ONE day of the week. The women in this office seem rather incompetent, and the fact that your records can only be touched by one person on one day of the week is, to me, just crazy. Small town mentality, perhaps. Or just ridiculous medical red tape. I'm not sure which. You can't even find a phone number for the records department on the website, so I had to keep calling the office line. So all in all, I do recommend the doctors, but unfortunately the STMC administration is so terrible that I wouldn't recommend anyone deal with it.
