PLEASE READ AND AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.\r
My father worked for Ernie back in the 70's and 80's. I've met Ernie and his family outside of the dealership plenty of times growing up, and he is a long time friend of my family so you can expect how shocked I was after how I have been treated. After walking in, the sales people did not take me seriously, mainly because I'm young and they thought I didn't have any money, and when I asked to speak to Ernie because I knew him, they basically ignored me. Eventually after they tried to persuade me to leave multiple times. I told Ken Craig (my sales person) to go tell Ernie I was here. Ernie called me in immediately, we weren't even talking cars for about an hour while the salesperson had to sit there for our conversation. One of the finance managers said the car was worth 13000 on Kelly blue book, I then pulled out my phone and did it myself showed Ernie it was valued 7000, he realized I caught them in a lie, he told the man to get out while winking. (I expected that, Ernie is a businessman.) While our conversation is going on, all of the sales people were making fun of Ernie over the loud speaker... basically because he's 84 and cant hear very well. That alone disgusted me enough to want to leave. I told him I was willing to pay the advertised price, IF I was offered the best financing I could be offered. Ernie sternly agreed and told finance to get to work on it. I placed a down payment of 400 to reserve the car, and was told I would be called Monday. They called, offered me a 26 percent interest rate, on a 12 MONTH LOAN! (with my co-signer) Outraged I demanded my down payment back. I was hung up on about 4 times before they connected me to the payment desk. Where I gave my credit information to get my money re-deposited into my account. They said it would be 3 business days and hung up. It has been 6 days, and I still do not have my money back. They still hang up on me when I call, and I cannot believe any of it. I've been to a lot of dealerships but every single thing about this place is sketchy and I cant stress how terrible my whole experience has been. Don't waste your time, they do not deserve your business or your hard earned money.
