I literally made an account just so that I can advise other people to not waste $75. You have to pay a fee of $75 just to have them come and tell you what is wrong with the appliance and I wouldn't even be so dissatisfied with it if they were nice and did a good job, but not only was the technician rude, but also, he actually seemed like he had no idea what he was talking about. The service I was told would cost me so much more than actually BUYING a new appliance. I don't mean to be completely rude, but I really think they make money and run the place just from the flat fee of $75 for the ""travel and diagnostics"". Poor service. Just go to craigslist and buy used appliances for much less than you would pay for the poor diagnostics job you'll receive.
