I literally made an account just so that I can advise other people to not waste $75. You have to pay a fee of $75 just to have them come and tell you what is wrong with the appliance and I wouldn't even be so dissatisfied with it if they were nice and did a good job, but not only was the technician rude, but also, he actually seemed like he had no idea what he was talking about. The service I was told would cost me so much more than actually BUYING a new appliance. I don't mean to be completely rude, but I really think they make money and run the place just from the flat fee of $75 for the ""travel and diagnostics"". Poor service. Just go to craigslist and buy used appliances for much less than you would pay for the poor diagnostics job you'll receive. more

Called about a leak in my washing machine. \r The service technician was prompt and on time.\r \r Checked the machine and found no leak. Discussed other\r possible reasons, like the soap dispenser not securely latched. \r \r I found the company to be very professional and honest\r with me as their customer.\r \r Would recommend them.\r more

They did a great job!! 11/20/2011

This company did a great job at my house. I had a refrigerator that was leaking water...and a oven that would not heat. The filter on my fridge was leaking, which he removed and didn't charge me for that repair since the filters can be bought at Lowes. The oven needed a new element. They were in and out of my house within 30 minutes. Reasonable rates, and was able to come to my house within a day. more

BAD APPLES ON THE TREE / Customer Servicers 3/7/2011

This is a very poor company and bad customer services, DO NOT CALL THEM, if you do not agree with the way they do thing, they will just tell you to take your business to another company, when ask to speak to a manager/supervisor the lady in customer services said she was the supervisor, so it like BAD APPLES on the tree more

Happy customer 4/13/2010

I just had a fantastic experience with this company, and I almost hadn't used them because of the other three reviews here. They provide warranty service for major appliance companies, and I had used them previously with no problems. I realize that it's very easy to give a bad review when you are unhappy for some reason, and I wanted my comment to counter that with my positive review.\r \r Today, the problem with my BRAND NEW washer was diagnosed within minutes, the problem solved, and the guy was in and out of the house within probably 10 minutes. You have to understand that I had a problem that 5 attempts from other two other companies had not made right. (No thanks to the big blue box store...)\r \r I mentioned that the scheduling is a con. I did not have a problem at all, but the thing is that they do their scheduling differently than many other companies, and if you don't understand that, you could get frustrated. I was told up front how it worked, and it worked exactly like they said, and within the time frame listed. You have to allow a full day to begin with, as they work by zip code. On that day, there is a morning call to give you an am/pm window.\r \r I absolutely will not hesitate to use them again. Pros: They know what they are doing, period. Cons: scheduling system more

customer is wrong! 7/11/2008

$75 for a tech to tell me the dishwasher pump was burned out. . Estimate to fix was $186 including a $70 pump. Price of pump through home depot plus fed-ex shipping was $45. I decided, what do I have to lose? I'll try my first dishwasher repair! When I took it apart I saw some glass chips inside the pump. so I tapped it on the counter and the glass came out. Then I put it back together and... Here's the real kicker...you ready? THE OLD PUMP WORKED FLAWLESSLY!\r \r I called to get my $70 dollars back because they gave me a wrong diagnosis. The manager said that they do not remove glass, so their policy would be to replace the pump. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE PUMP APART! THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS GLASS IN IT!\r \r DO NOT USE MID-SOUTH APPLIANCE. \r \r All appliance repair companies might be scammers also, but this one is for sure. I should have listened to the other reviews! Cons: will rip you off more

These folks are hacks... 6/18/2008

Moved into new construction housing where these folks set up the appliances and nothing has worked! For the first appointment they showed up late (I had to show up late to work on account of me waiting for them to show up). After fixing the appliance they were called in for on that occasion a related appliance started having issues. Like it has been previously mentioned, scheduling with these folks is a nightmare. If they would have installed the appliances right in the first place and tried them out like they should have after they were installed then I wouldn't have to be late to work waiting for these bozos to make housecalls they are late for. AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE A PLAGUE UNLESS YOU WANT FAULTY APPLIANCES!!! Cons: Like the last reviewer, pretty much everything... more
