I just had a fantastic experience with this company, and I almost hadn't used them because of the other three reviews here. They provide warranty service for major appliance companies, and I had used them previously with no problems. I realize that it's very easy to give a bad review when you are unhappy for some reason, and I wanted my comment to counter that with my positive review.\r

Today, the problem with my BRAND NEW washer was diagnosed within minutes, the problem solved, and the guy was in and out of the house within probably 10 minutes. You have to understand that I had a problem that 5 attempts from other two other companies had not made right. (No thanks to the big blue box store...)\r

I mentioned that the scheduling is a con. I did not have a problem at all, but the thing is that they do their scheduling differently than many other companies, and if you don't understand that, you could get frustrated. I was told up front how it worked, and it worked exactly like they said, and within the time frame listed. You have to allow a full day to begin with, as they work by zip code. On that day, there is a morning call to give you an am/pm window.\r

I absolutely will not hesitate to use them again.
Pros: They know what they are doing, period.
