I have been with this vet for 35 years. I started out with Dr Dickerson and continued to travel to this vet even tho it is now a longer commute . When Dickerson retired I continued to use this vet because of my fondness for Jan who has just retired. \r
I have just left the vet. I waited 45 minutes and when I inquired as to the wait the answer was Fridays r really busy, no apology for the wait. \r
When I paid my bill the the response was ""there you go"" ,when did this replace ""Thank You""?\r
I will start to look for a new vet that is more convenient to my home, there is no reason to continue with this vet.
