I have been with this vet for 35 years. I started out with Dr Dickerson and continued to travel to this vet even tho it is now a longer commute . When Dickerson retired I continued to use this vet because of my fondness for Jan who has just retired. \r I have just left the vet. I waited 45 minutes and when I inquired as to the wait the answer was Fridays r really busy, no apology for the wait. \r When I paid my bill the the response was ""there you go"" ,when did this replace ""Thank You""?\r I will start to look for a new vet that is more convenient to my home, there is no reason to continue with this vet. more

We would NEVER take our Goldens to any other Vets but those at the Reynoldsburg Animal Hospital. They are caring, professional and wonderful staff. Dr. Tonne and Dr.Yaissle are exceptional. Our first Golden, Kelsey and now Buddy have been cared for and cared about. They take the time to know your pet and their history, are concerned and loving, keep you informed and are honest in their assessments. I have found the office staff and tech assistants equally as caring. more

We have been using these vets for years. Have seen them all and love them all! They have helped us through pet health issues, putting down some, and well check ups. Price are great so who cares if the waiting room is not decorated and I have NEVER seen it dirty. Have recommended them to many people and they are satisfied as well. more

VERY good Service and Prices 10/30/2010

We had a very SICK dog...Dr. Connolly was extremely caring and thorough when examining our loved one. Although he was terminal, we were treated with care and sympathy. They helped us through the grieving process and helped us through a very difficult time. It was worth the wait and the office isn't some palace but...the prices were fair, there was no selling hope and taking advantage of pet lovers like us. I would highly recommend this Animal Hospital to ANYONE! more

THE BEST 7/23/2010

I have been taking my pets to RAH for over 40 years. I would not trust my dogs to any other vets. I especially like Dr. Tonne and Dr. Dickerson (before he retired). I've taken my pets in and have seen the other doctors and they too are great. They all take time with the animals and talk to them and also take time with the owners and answer any questions you may have. I have had emergencies and was told "just to bring your dog in now." I have recommended RAH to friends who now take their dogs there! Reynoldsburg Animal Hospital is the BEST!! more

We trust no other vets with our dog! 6/5/2010

I have been taking my pets here for 16 years. Until Dr. Dickerson retired he was the only vet I trusted with my babies. Since we have seen every vet in the office and eacg and every one of them have taken amazing care of our current lil guy. He does have allergies to many meds, and they are always careful and cautios with him. They are by far the best vets I have ever seen. And their offices are NOT filthy ever. more

My pets are my family 2/20/2010

I had been recommended to another doctor at this clinic and have had several. I had been to other clinics in the area that charged me more and gave me nothing. \r My concerns were addressed and my cat was brought in for surgery in at 8:30 am. I was told to call back at 3:30 and she was the last of 5 to be operated on. They had her in recovery at 3:30pm and she was doing great. I called back at 7:00pm she rested fine. I called at 9:00am next morning and picked her up by noon. I was told every step what to expect and how to handle recovery. The staff was very personable and only issue was she was in 3 times in one week and her chart had been seen by several doctors. This did not bother me, they are all very good and great with animals. I felt the price was reasonable and the office did not look filthy. The rooms were all clean and sterile where my pet was given care. I would advise anyone to use them they are wonderful more

You won't find a more dedicated Dr 2/4/2010

I have been two five or six other vet clinics in central Ohio over the years, including Med Vet for emergencies. I have never found a more dedicated Dr. anywhere else. Dr. Tonne takes the time to get to know the patient and his/her family. He is truly concerned about your pet. He has helped us through some extremely tough time over the last 20 years. I have three dogs and two cats right now and he has cared for these and three others. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any amount of money. \r \r The reasons why they can get overbooked at times is because so many people seem to agree with me. They care. more

Best in the Business 2/11/2009

We have taken our dog to RAH for more than 12 years. Never once did we have bad service or rude people. They have always spent as much time as needed with us. It doesn't matter which of the Vets that you deal with all are very pleasant and caring. When we recently had to put our beloved dog down due to having cancer, the staff were the best in caring for him and reassuring us that we were doing the right thing. The spent time with us and comforting us. I read some of these reviews and can't help but think they are talking about another Vet office. I would never take an animal of mine to any other Vets.\r \r Kudos to the vets and staff of RAH. more

Great doctors 10/9/2008

Our family has been coming here for twenty years. The vets are awesome. The receptionists and one of the vet-techs however leave a little bit to be desired. One morning my dog had a seizure before office hours started. Instead of driving 45 minutes to the emergency dog hospital, we brought our dog by here since we knew surgeries started early. They immediately brought us in and saw our dog. I would bring my animals no where else. more

Awesome Vets & caring staff 7/15/2008

I have been taking my animals to RAH now for > 10 years. My animals have been treated by everyone of the Vets on staff and I couldn't ask for better care. The staff has always been more then accommodating. Yes, I was probably one of those "walk ins" when my dog was hit by a car and was told to "come right in" . \r I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars! more

Dirty Office: 7/8/2008

The animal hospital is very unclean. Even though the building is old it doesn't need to reflect uncleanliness. With the numerous Vets located at this business I'm surprised at the disorganization of scheduling and recordkeeping. Appointments are always overbooked, recordkeeping is outdated (no computer system), returned calls from the Vet regarding surgeries and routine visits are slow. I've always had to call the Vet back for results. This to me is uncaring and unacceptable. I've spent my last dollar for inadequate services. more

OVERBOOKS - DIRTY- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 6/16/2008

We waited 2 hours because they tried to book everybody the same eve and walk ins were coming ahead of us that had appts. The lobby is very dirty and the women at the reception desk are very rude and talk about other people in the waiting room. Very poor customer service and the vets there are so overbooked they don't take the time needed to really examine your pet. more

Reasonable pricing, but not a thorough exam 5/5/2008

The staff was nice. I liked the doctor, but I wasn't overly impressed with the exam that my dog received. I waited over 30 minutes and was only in the room for less than 5. My dog was only getting shots (well exam), but the vet didn't check his ears and I wasn't very confident with the exam. The price was reasonable compared to the Dogs Only vet center. But, I am not sure that I will go back. more

Longtime patient, love, love, love them! 4/28/2008

I've been going here with my boxers for the last five + years and have always been treated with the utmost respect. I love going here because everyone truly loves the animals that come through the door. They are always courteous and eager to help. The cost is so reasonable compared to every other vet i've been to. They're not there to fill their pockets, but to treat our pets and I love them for that. I tell everyone I know to go there and would recommend it to anyone on this site! more

We became patients at this animal hospital a few months ago, and have had a really great experience. Our mastiff has some health issues cropping up, and these guys and gals have been wonderful and supportive. \r We would highly recommend this group of doctors and their staff to anyone! more

Hi, I recently move to Columbus and was looking online for a vet around my area, cause im currently living in Whitehall and have a dog and a cat. As soon as i saw the first review on this page, i wrote the phone number down to call and check prices for shots. Between the 3 places i called, "Reynolsburg Animal Hospital LLC" was surpriselly way cheaper than the others, and also, the guy on the phone was really helpfull and with all the information i needed. Long story short, they gave my dog and my cat and excellent service and there was no wait, i could see that they love what they do and im pretty happy about it. more

These vets really care!!!! 3/5/2007

I just want everyone to know that I have used this vet on many occasions and I have always been pleased with them. I have been going to this vet for years and there prices are excellent compared to vets that charge outrageous fees. Dr Dickerson and his staff at Reynoldsburg Animal Hospital Really try to benefit the pet if they feel your pet does not need something they will tell you. Other vets will say OK just so they can get more money from you. more
