TOTALLY UNRELIABLE - Scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 10am - had to call them an hour later to find out if someone was still coming - Only to first be told they didnt have me in their computer...then found me, and had to call me back - 15 minutes later, call me back to say technician has cancelled all estimate appointments due to emergency situations (granted, it was very hot and humid that day so likely had a lot of service calls)...,but no one was going to bother to call me to re-schedule???!! Made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt, and re-scheduled for the following Friday - After 40 minutes of waiting, the c/s person had to once again call me back after contacting technician - Today's excuse is that, due to rain, he wouldnt be able to come for another 2 hours...so almost 3 hours later than my already re-scheduled appt - I said No thanks, dont bother coming at all.....If this is any indication of how ""reliable"" they would be on any installation or repair call, I will pass - WASTE OF TIME
