So disappointed!! I took my dog for grooming (3rd time) and told them I wanted the same puppy cut as the last time, which is on file and was printed out. We even discussed the setting on the shaver and I said I didn't want it any shorter, and that I wanted a ""full face."" I picked my dog up and she was almost scalped. Her hair is now barely 1/2"" long all over and in some places 1/4"" and her face was shaved. After I got her home I also noticed a cut on her belly and she was acting upset just laying around. I left two messages for Enrique to call me and all I was told was that he would give me a discount on my next visit, and no return call. Enrique just lost a customer.
