Can't say if there's any connection or not, but my dog died days after being at their groomers from poison symptoms. Keep an eye on your dog and, I would watch the entire process to see what's going on during the grooming etc. Some places have glass windows you can watch thru, this place didn't. They take the dog to the back. Never again will I hand over a dog and leave it behind at a groomers. more

So disappointed!! I took my dog for grooming (3rd time) and told them I wanted the same puppy cut as the last time, which is on file and was printed out. We even discussed the setting on the shaver and I said I didn't want it any shorter, and that I wanted a ""full face."" I picked my dog up and she was almost scalped. Her hair is now barely 1/2"" long all over and in some places 1/4"" and her face was shaved. After I got her home I also noticed a cut on her belly and she was acting upset just laying around. I left two messages for Enrique to call me and all I was told was that he would give me a discount on my next visit, and no return call. Enrique just lost a customer. more

Walk in a client, leave a friend is B.S.. The owner Enrique, could not be ruder or less accommodating. I bought a Groupon, hoping to find another groomer and they would NOT groom on a Saturday (which is the ONLY day I can take my dogs to the groomer), which was NOT stipulated in the Groupon, he would make NO exception. His loss, I have multiple dogs to groom. Don't even walk in, RUN, the other way, he is no friend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! BEWARE!!! more

They did a horrible job on my dog. She went in looking cute and came out looking terrible. She doesn't even look like the same dog. I asked them for a trim and clean up since she didn't need a full grooming and they ended up totally butchering her fur off. It's like they put the shaver at the lowest setting and went to town. Take a look at the before/after photo. The before pic was taken 3 days before her cut and they after pic was taken on the day she was groomed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! BEWARE!!! more

Took our 2 dogs to get dipped on a Saturday. The following Monday after taking our dogs to the Vet because they were labored in breathing and throwing up for 24 hours, they were basically ""poisoned""by using too strong of a solution. One dog weighed 80 lbs and the other about 14lbs. \r A conversation with the owner was about ridiculous and not sympathetic at all. Said our dogs had an ""allergic reaction"". \r \r Beware!\r We will never recommend this business to anybody. Unless you want to spend $350 extra dollars at the vet after a dog dip.\r \r They had a nasty disposition about the whole situation. Never thought an owner would be so unsympathetic. more

Teddy and Milo's Groomer 5/7/2012

We have been taking Teddy, my Pom, to be groomed by Enrique since they opened. Now I also bring Milo, my wheaten terrier. We have been very happy with the grooming but I have to agree that although the staff is wonderful, I always ask if Enrique will be the one cutting them otherwise I will wait until he is available. I have noticed that sometimes they are choppy and the cut looks a little rushed when it is either crowded or not done by Enrique.. Overall I love bringing my dogs to Boss The Pet Connection and will continue to do so. I have recommended them highly and many new dogs have come to be groomed. Thank you for taking care of our dogs, they are our family. more

Mr. Bentley's Groomer 3/30/2012

I have been going to Boss Pet Connection ever since I rescued Mr. Bentley, about 5 years ago!\r Enrique is wonderful and I wish he had more hands so when I bring Bentley in I'm assured he's going to be the one working on him! \r Unfortunately that is not always possible....So I'm not too happy on those occasions! \r His staff is wonderful, caring and courteous towards all my concerns with Bentley. \r I recommend them highly! \r Beth & Bentley Ginzberg more

Boss Pet Connection is B-O-S-S!!! 3/27/2012

I've been going to Boss Pet Connection for years. They are the only groomers in my area that grooms cats. Both my cats get lion cut here to help control the shedding and keeps them cooler as well. The staff - A+++ especially Jennifer. She is such a sweetheart and an absolute pleasure to work with. When I get the chance to see Enrique, he's a delight as well. more

Great groomers, excellent service 11/16/2009

Enrique and his staff are the best, great service. When my Yorkie was a puppy he feared his face being touched and he was difficult to groom, he squeeled and squirmed. Thanks to Enrique's patience and tender touch, my yorkie, now 4 yrs old, loves to be groomed. I would never go to anyone else, Enrique is alway accomodating!
