Beware, this company is a complete rip off. They also write their own reviews (lots of phony reviews online). Their prices are astronomical. Way above competitors. They charge a $49 fee to come out and do the diagnostic. In my situation, they quoted a price of $1,270 to install a kitchen faucet and shut off valve. That is way too much money for such a small and relatively simple job . Just ridiculous! A few days ago, Roto-Rooter provided a quote of $400 for this same job. I thought the Roto Rooter quote was high so I went to Gold Medal Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. Boy was I wrong. The quote from Gold Medal Plumbing was 3x higher. The repair man tried to tell me he has more training than his competitors. So crazy!! When I told him I was not hiring him for the job, I was told I still had to pay the $49 diagnostic fee. I called their offices to complain and try to get my money back and was never able to get in touch with manager. He was always busy. I left a call back number but he never returned my calls. So unprofessional. This is a very shady company so be very careful.
