Beware, this company is a complete rip off. They also write their own reviews. They have lots of google reviews that are phony (not from real people). Their prices are astronomical. Way above competitors. They charge a $49 fee to come out and do the diagnostic. In my situation, they quoted a price of $1,270 to install a kitchen faucet and shut off valve. That is way too much money for such a small and relatively simple job . Just ridiculous! A few days ago, Roto-Rooter provided a quote of $400 for this same job. I thought the Roto Rooter quote was high so I went to Gold Medal Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. Boy was I wrong. The quote from Gold Medal Plumbing was 3x higher. The repair man tried to tell me he has more training than his competitors. So crazy!! When I told him I was not hiring him for the job, I was told I still had to pay the $49 diagnostic fee. I called their offices to complain and try to get my money back and was never able to get in touch with manager. He was always busy. I left a call back number but he never returned my calls. So unprofessional. This is a very shady company so be very careful.
