Beware, this company is a total scam and a complete rip off. I had Gold Medal Service inspect my central air. The technician informed me the system had zero Freon and recommended me to replace the entire central air and since me furnace had some minor rust that I should also replace the furnace. The technician showed me the gauges that displayed zero. The issue is the central air compression was not running in order to provide a real reading on the gauges. The technician used this technique of not running the unit so I would believe the unit had a leak and was not worth repairing and pay over $5k for a new unit. \r
A few days after Gold Medal Service provided their recommendation I contact another AC company that informed me I only needed 2.5 pounds of Freon and my AC unit was in perfect working order.\r
DO NOT USE Gold Medal Service they only want to replace your unit with a new one that will cost you thousands of dollars when your unit does not need to be replaced.\r
