Review content:
Working with Shadi was a great experience. What was not so great was the 1:35 start time with a 1:00 appointment, which is the reason for withholding the 5-star rating. (There needs to be better execution of work orders handled for a rep during a break time; it should not be incumbent upon the rep to ‘pick up where he left off’ before the break; it’s not good for customer relations, both because the customer sees this weakness, and because it embarrasses the rep whose desk was not covered.)
That said, once the service process was begun it was excellent. Shadi did his very best to make sure all bases were covered. He even took me to the work bay to explain details about tire wear and made sure the best old tire would be saved for use as a spare. The facts were well presented so I could make a decision about the tire choice. All in all Shadi’s representation of the service was very accommodating, and his language was such that I had confidence in his integrity, and thus that of the center he represents.
I asked if the carwash included an interior vacuum as well and was informed that usually it does, but the vacuum outlets were out of order. That was easily accepted, since that sort of thing is rare and not controllable. However, under the circumstances I think it would have been nice to have been extended a trip in for a complimentary vacuum once the equipment was up and running. I realize that such a scenario is unusual, so it’s understandable that such an extended customer accommodation could easily not be ‘top of mind.’
