Was informed in detail about work to be done on the vehicle. Was kept informed as work progressed. NEVER felt like I was being over-sold on any part of the job. Wasn't sold things that weren't needed/necessary. Felt like the vehicle was treated with care. Pricing was competitive. Love the fact that Archibald is in the neighborhood and has been for MANY years. I don't think twice about having any of our vehicles there. The BEST thing is that you're treated intelligently and professionally.
