In eight months, this was the first time was pleased with laser service. The new aesthetician is very patient, listens to your concerns and tells you what to expect. No rudeness like the previous aesthetician! I don't care much about staff at laser dept. but we love the urgent care physician, urgent care staff is really great. I'm definitely very pleased with service with new aesthetician.
